Pierce County
Septic Pumping $495.00 – An additional charge of $55.00 will be added for the county required pump report.

  • An additional charge of $55.00 will be added for the Pierce County required pump report.
  • Gig Harbor pumping charges are $515 + $55 for the Pierce County pump report.
  • Eatonville and east to Mt. Rainier $595 + $55 for the Pierce County pump report.
  • Gravity System O&M inspection $150.00 an additional $75 will be added if pumping not needed.
  • Pressure/Pump Systems O&M Inspections $195 an additional $75 will be added if pumping not needed.
  • Pierce County RSS filing is available for a handling charge of $85 on top of the county RSS fee.

North King County

Thurston County
Septic Pumping $495.00 – An additional charge of $25.00 will be added for the county pump report fee.

  • Thurston County Time of Transfer filing is available for a handling charge of $85.00 in addition to the county T of T fee.

Vashon Island
Septic Pumping $750.00 + Ferry Toll*

*Labor & Additional Charges
• Locating/Uncovering Minimum charge $100.00.
• Digging charges are $100.00/ foot of depth /lid.
• Pumping charges are single tanks up to 1200 gallons. Above 1200 gallons and or additional tanks serviced (when additional tanks are in same location without moving truck) will be charged an additional .50cents/gallon.
• Exceptionally difficult pumps such as tanks extra thick due to lack of maintenance or excessive hills or other obstacles causing extra time will be charged an additional fee due to extra time needed. Hourly rate after one hour onsite will be $200.00 / hour minimum.
• *Island service will result in ferry charges being added. Multiple island customers will share ferry fee.
• Outlet filter cleaning no charge.
• Saturday special appointment service charge is $200.00 additional charge
• Unscheduled emergency out of route service $150.00 additional charge
• Limited access fee minimum charge of $75.00, such as under mobile homes, decks, steep hills, etc.
• Minimum stop charge is $150.00

Payment Methods
Payment is required on site at time work is completed. No credit is extended unless previously agreed upon by all parties.
Payment through escrow on property sales is not accepted.
